Rhode Island Residents can get their RI Motorcycle Endorsement by completing the MSF Basic Rider Course (BRC) at any Training Wheels locations in Massachusetts

Motorcycle License Process in Rhode Island

You will receive an email with detailed instructions after you finish the course.

In Summary: You will take the paperwork we email you (after you complete the class) to the RI DMV to get your RI Motorcycle License.
