PLEASE READ THIS SECTION PRIOR TO SCHEDULING!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?

All students must bring/wear the required gear to participate in the class.

Over-the-ankle boots, a long-sleeve shirt, long pants (no holes), full-finger gloves, and eye protection. Your confirmation email will provide a detailed description of all items.

WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR CLASS?

If you do not arrive on time for all class sessions, do not show up for class, arrive unprepared (see riding gear requirements), or leave or are asked to leave for any reason, you have forfeited your tuition. There is a $200 fee to reschedule.

WHAT IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OLD?

Students are required to sign a waiver upon entry to class. For students under 18, a parent or adult guardian must sign. The confirmation email provides access to the waiver form.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

Request to reschedule with more than (10) ten days before your class: no rescheduling fee.

Request to reschedule within (2) two and (10) ten days before your class: $25 rescheduling fee.

Request to reschedule within two (2) business days before your class: $200 rescheduling fee.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

No refunds will be made to students with less than 10 days' written notice prior to the start of a course. All cancellations that are more than 10 days prior to the course will be charged $50.00. To receive a refund, a refund request must be sent in writing (text or e-mail) to 508-247-9595 or ride@trainingwheelsUS.com

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be made to students who are late to class, dismissed, voluntarily leave, do not pass the riding evaluation, have previously rescheduled, or miss a segment of either course.  There are no refunds for a failed or incomplete class. An incomplete class is defined as a student leaving the class whether by being counseled out or opting to leave on his/her own.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SUCCESSFUL IN THE RIDING EVALUATION?

Students who fail the riding evaluation can retake the riding evaluation within 30 days of the class for no fee (based on availability).  Students who fail and wish to re-take the course will be charged $200 provided the student reschedules within the same calendar year as the original class.

HOW DO I GET MY MOTORCYCLE LICENSE?

When you successfully complete the Training Wheels Rider Course, we will inform the Massachusetts RMV that you have passed the course.

If you have the permit before you take the class and all RMV fees are paid, then you will receive a new motorcycle license in the mail within 15 business days.

You will not have to take a Road test at the RMV.

Detailed information about getting your motorcycle permit and motorcycle license can be found by clicking here.

DO I NEED A PERMIT BEFORE TAKING THE MOTORCYCLE CLASS?

To receive your Motorcycle License by completing the class, you will need to get a motorcycle permit.  However, you can get the permit within 2 years BEFORE the class OR within 90 days AFTER the class.  It does not matter when you get your motorcycle permit, as long as it falls between the 2 years before class or 90 days after the class timeframe.

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

Attendance does not guarantee successful completion.

Upon successful completion, which includes passing the riding skills tests, students will receive an MSF Course Completion card

If you are counseled out or drop out during any portion of the class for any reason, you may reschedule for the entire riding portion for only $200 within the same calendar year of the original class
